Instructions: Copy and paste your p-values into the text field. A file will then be generated with q-values using methods described by Storey (2003). You can then directly open this file, select all, and copy/paste into excel (As the results are returned in the same order) - or you can just import the file.
Tips for getting q-values into excel fast: to select all + copy/paste in mac, open the q-value file, enter CMD-A (Both keys at once) to select all, CMD-C to copy, open Excel, and press CMD-V to paste. For windows, control-A, control-C, control-V.
