TCR Visualizer

This tool takes as input the A, B, and AB distance files as outputted by the tcr_distance tool and generates a network diagram visualization of them.

Given that visualizations can become extremely large, please sample the visualization size with the Sample Data Size button. For reference, edge counts greater than 5,000 or node counts greater than 1000 may run poorly.

Pre Visualize - Options:

: Hide nodes with no connections
